Notice of Trade Name Change of AKAMEDIA JAPAN Inc.

Thank you very much for your continued support and patronage.

Effective July 1, 2026, AKAMEDIA JAPAN Inc. has changed its trade name to ONLINE FACE Inc. and will focus its business on education-DX and identity-verification services centered on “ONLINE FACE,” a next-generation e-learning system powered by AI identity verification.

In connection with this, the creative business and part of the digital business previously operated by AKAMEDIA JAPAN Inc. will be taken over and continued by the newly established AKAMEDIA INC.

AKAMEDIA INC. will develop a business that fuses creativity and digital, including design, video production, music production, branding, marketing, PR and AI-utilization support.

We look forward to your continued support and patronage of both ONLINE FACE Inc. and AKAMEDIA INC.
